China2Go halts at startup

Hello! I have installed China2Go (Mandarin) into Palm T2. Installation goes fine but when I try to start program I get message "China2Go The program is loading, please wait" And everything stops there. I have well memory (11 M free), palm OS is 5.2.1, everything should be fine. What could go wrong? Should I have Chinese OS installed?

app error

You don't need Chinese OS. We will email you an instruction to create a log file so we can diagnose.

debug log

Would you please try the following to help us debugging the issue?
1. download file from
http://www.hnhsoft.com/products/debug/palm/DBViewer.zip
2. unzip the file and install DBViewer.prc onto your device main memory;
3. launch China2Go phrase book and try to reproduce the issue you are
having;
4. exit China2Go phrase book;
5. launch the Debug Viewer (DBViewer.prc) and select product name from
the menu;
6. click view button and you will see the log information on the screen;
7. click send button to send the log information to Memos
8. please send us back the debug information in the Memos.

When I run the china2go

When I run the china2go program on the palm it reads "The program is loading please wait" and the only way to exit is to reset the palm and when I launch the H&H Debug Viewer and tap veiw log nothing happens.

china2go on Tungsten T2

Did you select China2Go from the menu before you click "view log"?
