Talking Phrase Books for Java (J2ME) Phones 3.0.2 release

This is a minor update. Change logs:

- Length of user name can now be up to 64 characters.
- Less restrictive screen size requirement to support more phones.
- User can select continue to run the program on small screen devices.
- Rearranged the phrase/related screen layout when the user's screen is small.
- Use 30 * 30 category icons if 40 * 40 is too big.
- Disable pinyin/romanji for certain screen sizes.
