Nokia N95

Nokia N95 is supported. This error message is likely to be from the Nokia PC Suite software, not from ours. Please make sure your N95 is connected (you can test the PC connection by performing a synchronization, or copy a file to your Nokia N95 memory, for example).

Any guidelines how to make this work with N95 ?

The installation on N95 is the same as on E61, as posted on the forum. Can you describe more about your problem?

If you had problem with Nokia PC Suite, did you try to install the program using the alternative methods we described? I am pasting them here for your convenience:

If you download the .zip file from our web site directly, please do not download it to your phone directly. Instead, please download it to your desktop, unzip it, and use Nokia PC suite's "Install Application" option to install it.

If for some reason you can't get Nokia PC suite to work, you should first contact Nokia's support. We are using Nokia PC Suite version 6.80 and it works fine with E61.

If you still can't get it to work, please use one of the following options (assuming you have downloaded and unzipped the file so you have the .jad and .jar files):

1. If you have a mini SD card reader, copy the jar and jad file to your mini SD card and plug it in your Nokia E61 phone. Go to your phone and start file explorer, then click on the .jar file to install.

2. If your PC has bluetooth support, you can copy the jad/jar file to your phone's memory or SD card over bluetooth, and then you can install from there.

3. If neither of the above works, but your phone has an internet connection (GPRS or WiFi), we can make the jad/jar file available for you to download directly to your phone.

Talking English-Chinese Dictionary for N95 is under development right now. It will be available in the near future.

I installed it on my N95 and it works correctly. However, it works slowly as compared with other software on the phone. Especially, when I open it, it takes a couple of seconds without any response like a halt. I wish you can make it faster in line with other software on your next upgrade.
