English Chinese Talking Dictionary for Windows Mobile Smartphone v3.1.0 includes the following changes:

- Introduces Chinese T9 settings. If you have a qwerty keyboard such as Motorola Q and T-Mobile Dash, do not turn it on. If you have a phone keyboard such as Cingular 2125, turning it on will greatly speed up your Pinyin input.

- Keyboard input problem on some HTC S620 and Samsung BlackJack models.

- Other critical bug fixes.

Due to the nature of the changes, all users of previous versions are strongly recommended to upgrade. The upgrade from v3.0.x to v3.1 is free.
