I am unable to download your programme on to my phone.
Would you be able to sendthe .sis file by email please.

Our software for Nokia phones are based on java. So you will need to install the .jar file. If you ordered from Nokia Software Market, then download the .jar file to your phone and install it by clicking on it in your file explorer.

Here is how to install:

Option 1. Install via Nokia PC Suite Software
1. Download the install package from our download page to your PC
2. Unzip the .jar and .jad file.
3. Start Nokia PC Suite, select "Install Applications"
4. Select the .jar file from the left hand window, and click the Right arrow.
5. Continue the installation on the phone.

Option 2. Install via your expansion card
1. If your phone supports an expansion card, such as a mini SD, copy the .jar file to your card.
2. Plug the card in your phone.
3. Start file explorer on your phone and click the .jar file to install.
