Japan2Go Debug "Error Reading HBF"

I get this message

Debug "Error Reading HBF"

when I run Japan2Go on a Treo 650, with 3.9 Meg available on the phone.

If click O.K. enough times, it wll say whatever phrase is selected. If I press the little house button enough times, it will take me back to the where I can choose different programs.

China2Go works fine, Cantonese2Go, and Korea2Go work fine.

Suggestions?
