Problem launching HNHSoft English Chinese dictionary on Samsung Blackjack

Let's first verify the installation is complete. Please click "Explore"
from your ActiveSync, then open the folder where the dictionary is
installed, and verify the following files exist:

If there are discrepancies, please un-install the program, do a soft
reset and re-install it.

If it still doesn't launch, please email us the
log file under the installation directory to me.

I have the same problem.Installed OK. But can't launched.open the folder where the dictionary is installed, and verify the following files.The figures not the same. And log is blank.

Un-install and soft-reset several times and no result.
I have chinese rom OS 5.1.195(build 14847.2.0.0)WM2005

Do you have a push email application running?

Can you please do a soft reset and restart the program first thing after your device reboots?
