Pinying Input problems!

Whenever I type in the pinyin word, only 0 chinese characters appear for me to select. I haven't been able to use this feature since I bought the software.

This is what I'm using:
Dopod U1000
Windows Mobile 2005
VGA Screen

Thank you for your kind assistance, I sincerely hope to use this feature since this is the only way I know how to write Chinese characters.
