When I click the speaker icon on the translation page, I cannot hear the voice for the word.

Do you have an older version (versions before 3.1.0) of Talking phrase book installed on your device?
If so, please try the steps below to fix the problem:
1. download the latest version from www.hnhsoft.com/dlbb
2. uninstall the current version on your device
3. launch English-Chinese dictionary and check whether you can hear the voice now. Exit English-Chinese dictionary application.
4. follow the instructions in the installation.pdf to install the latest talking phrase book you just downloaded.
5. launch English-Chinese dictionary and check whether you can hear the voice now.

If you still cannot hear voice in either step 3 or step 5, please do the following:
1. download the debug version from www.hnhsoft.com/products/debug/bb/hnhsoft_ecdict_bb_v1.0.2.zip
2. uninstall your current English-Chinese dictionary
3. install the debug version
4. launch English-Chinese dictionary and let us know what's the error code you get when you try to play the voice
5. please also let us know your device Make, Model, free memory space on your device and any other 3rd party software you installed on your device with size bigger than 1MB.

I had the same issue with

I had the same issue with the original files. No voice.
I then downloaded the debugged files. Installed these with no problem.
However when I click on the speaker icon I get various error messages, all like : Errorcode : 56, 3156 etc
