Download Failure BB Curve

I've purchased both the talking phrase book and the Chinese-English dictionary and I can't download them. I have the latest desktop software from Blackberry for my Curve. I've downloaded the software, unzipped. But when I try to load if from the application loader by selecting the alx files, it recognizes and lets me select them but then says that there are no applications that can be loaded.

Help!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please post the exact error message?

Also, please go to your BlackBerry, Options, Advanced Options, Applications, and check if the phrase book or dictionary is already listed there.
