Blackberry 8830 Rollerball Function

My rollerball does not function with the software, and I have to use the ENTER button to make selections. This is quite cumbersome, given the great functionality this has to roll to various areas and push on it to select those items. Is this functionality going to be added to future versions, or is there a setting I need to activate?

Yes by design you have to press Enter to make selections. We will consider allowing pressing the rollerball for the same functionality. Thanks.

Yes, I would even pay an upgrade fee to have that added. It is such an improvement over previous Blackberry models.
