Sound stopped working for Spain2Go Motorola Q

I recently purchased Spain2Go Talking Phrase Book for my Motorola Q. For awhile it worked fine, but recently the sound suddenly stopped working. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the program and I still have no sound. Can you help? Thanks.

Did you change any setting on your phone? Would you please make sure the sound is turned on? Can you hear the sound for other applications?
