BlackBerry 8830 Uncaught Exception Error

When I run the English to Chinese translator on my Blackberry 8830 I get the following error: "Uncaught Exception: Access to the Persistent Store is not permitted by your IT Policy." However, my corporate IT department says the error is due to HNH.

Please help!

Access to the Persistent Store is not permitted

Our current version Dictionary Software needs to access Persistent Store to save the configuration information. This exception means somehow Access to the Persistent Store is turned off by your IT department.
Yes, this exception is reported by HNHSoft Dictionary Software, but the cause of the exception may be related to the settings of the IT policy on your device. Would you please try to explain this to your IT department again?
