installation error

Hello,

I want to install the demo versions of HNH Soft Talking Phrase Book version 3.1.7 and Larousse English-German Dictionary for BlackBerry. But it was not successful.

The installation of the program via Desktop Manager was ok, but in ether case it was not possible to transfer the data files to my Black Berry. After point 6.5 respectively 7.5 of your installation guides the program want to delete the Phrase Book. When I accept this, the program didn't work on. Nothing happens! It was necessary to cancel the desktop Manager (with the task manager).

I tried it several times. And I don't forget to start the program HNH Soft Phrase Book on my Black Berry.

Where am I going wrong? Thank you for support.

My mobile:
- Black Berry pearl 8100
- V4.2.194
- Extension storage card with more then 1.5 GB free space
- mass storage mode was OFF during installation

more info needed

Hi,

Can you please check the following:

1. How much free space do you have in the main memory? You can get this info from Options->Status->File free.

2. Is there anything installed at all on the storage card. Please disconnect your device, start the Media Player that came with your BlackBerry, from the menu, click "Explore", select "Media Card", do you see a folder (directory) called "hnhdict"?

In addition, I'd like to get some more information from you:

1. When you say "the program want to delete the Phrase Book", what was displayed on the screen or desktop manager? What operation did you perform?

2. When you say "nothing happens", I assume you mean the data entry didn't show up in the list after refreshing, am I right?
