Chinese Dictionary and Phrase Book , no sound, Curve

I sent a request to support@support.hnhsoft.com on June 23rd. and have not had a response. It seems that I need to use this forum for resolution. Listed below is a cut/paste from that request.

- I have a Blackberry Curve, system rev. 4.3
- In the Dictionary, running Study, there is no audio
- I have changed my settings, security, Interactions=allow
- it will change words, screens, but will not "speak" any audio

- if there is no easy fix for this issue, can I transfer my software to my company World Edition Blackberry ? This would be acceptable to me.

audio in study mode

Doug,

Sorry for the late response. Please note that in the study mode, the audio is not played automatically. You will still need to highlight the speaker icon and press the roller ball to play the audio.

exchange software from BB Curve to World Edition

Thanks for your very quick response. It is disappointing that a "study" mode would not repeat "speach", but now I understand that nothing is wrong.

Can I exchange/transfer my Curve software for a World Edition ?
