Hi,

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this strange one?

Most words in my English-Spanish dictionary are looking up correctly however some words under 'A' are returning a different definition. For example -

If I search 'antes' it returns the word and definition for 'aorta'. Also, the only way to get to the word is by scrolling - if you type it in it will bring up 'aorta'. This continues for many of the words that follow before returning yet a different word for another series.

It then corrects itself.

Any ideas?

i have a htc touch in wwe, and applied a registry patch to enable it to display chinese characters system-wide. i am using the simsun.ttc from my xp for this. now, in the chinese-english dictionary, some characters are too small, especially the complex ones (for example, the last few in the dictionary). i dont know if the simsun influences the display in the dict at all, but i do know that i would really love to have bigger fonts in the dict, especially for the chinese characters, and even more so for the characters set in bold type. the dictEC-bigfont.zip posted a while ago doesn't work (the touch complains about an invalid signature)

any suggestions?

how does someone use the chinese pinyun keyboard?

is there a way to display only useful and popular words in the english>chinese dictionary? it has thousands of useless medical terms and legal terms that are not useful in conversation, is there a way to turn them off so you can hit the target word and say it faster? thanks

hello - your product is great trying the evaluation version - cannot figure out how to say english words from chinese words found by a chinese person so we can communicate back and forth. i have communicated to them in chinese just fine!

do you have a chinese pdf manual on how to enter characters in chinese so my chinese friends can chat with me using your product?

do you have an upgraded product which allows text to speech so i can do sentences?

Is the English-English dictionary English English or American English? I live in the UK, hence require it to be English English otherise there is no point in me buying it.

I'm setting out for China again next week.
I was there last summer and got to try out my newly purchased HNHSoft
Cantonese-English dictionary with my Toshiba e830 PPC.

I would say I had mixed results.

I was able to make use of the Eng-Cantonese translations but when it came time to translate from Cantonese to English we had many problems.

First off, it is quite difficult to navigate through the Chinese characters to key in your word.

Secondly, more often than not my friend just couldn't find the Chinese words she was looking for. That was quite disappointing.

Has the size of the Cantonese dictionary increased since last summer?
Is it any easier to key in Cantonese characters now?

I just purchased H&H English Chinese dictionary for my HTC Touch with Windows Mobile 6 Professional. Installation shows that I only have 9 MB free main memory, which is abviously not enough. But I also have 1 GB memory card, however the installation procedure doesn't recognize it. I sucessfully installed the Chinese 2 Go package using the memory card. What could be the problem? Does the installation utilizes main memory before it moves the application to the memory card? Such behavior would explain the problem. Please advise

I have been using this dictionary for a number of years but often in a crippled form. However it is such an excellent program I have purchased the latest version 9/10/07 (3.o2 ?) to use in my new TyTn ll with windows mobile 6. I would be interested to hear other users experiences of this new version in order to keep up-to-date. - Bai Hou
