I owned a former touchpro2 phone and heard sound fine. But needed to replace the phone and now I can't hear any of the translations. I've tried all of the sound settings I can think of. All of the phones other sounds work fine. Please help me fix this

I just bought the Talking English-Chinese dictionary for WM Pro and installed in my Samsung Omnia II. However, the Chinese translations/characters cannot be shown in English to Chinese dictionary, thought it has no problems in Chinese to English dictonary. How can I fix this problem?

I use chinese translation since 2 years. now i replaced my phone.
but now i can not see chinese signs... (black background and black signs)...
also use the program only 60% of the screen. (I've already tested new version)

please help me... because your software is still my favorite!! :)
