installation error

Hello,

I want to install the demo versions of HNH Soft Talking Phrase Book version 3.1.7 and Larousse English-German Dictionary for BlackBerry. But it was not successful.

The installation of the program via Desktop Manager was ok, but in ether case it was not possible to transfer the data files to my Black Berry. After point 6.5 respectively 7.5 of your installation guides the program want to delete the Phrase Book. When I accept this, the program didn't work on. Nothing happens! It was necessary to cancel the desktop Manager (with the task manager).

I tried it several times. And I don't forget to start the program HNH Soft Phrase Book on my Black Berry.

Where am I going wrong? Thank you for support.

My mobile:
- Black Berry pearl 8100
- V4.2.194
- Extension storage card with more then 1.5 GB free space
- mass storage mode was OFF during installation

HNHSoft Phrease Book 8703e run error

After installing without a problem when I run the application I get the following error:

Error starting Phrasebook: Class 'javax.microedition.media.Player' not found.

Any suggestions?

Does the HNH Software for Chinese allow translation from Pinyin to Chinese Characters for use with Text Messaging? I need to be able to write in pinyin and have a format to translate pinyin into Chinese characters for text purposes.

English-Chinese Dictionary - Installation Nightmare for BB8310

My IT Manager & I spent 3 hours trying to stall the software to no avail.

I have a BB 8310. We tried to modify the device.xml and everything else but nothing worked.

I would buy the software on the spot if anybody can help me with the installation.

Will the software run on 7290 Blackberry?

Can only install 2 of 4 Euro pack on Curve 8230

I have the Euro pack, and only French and German will install. I go through the same process with Italian and Spanish which appears to execute successfully, but they won't show up on the phrase book list even after a refresh. Please advise.

BlackBerry 8830 Uncaught Exception Error

When I run the English to Chinese translator on my Blackberry 8830 I get the following error: "Uncaught Exception: Access to the Persistent Store is not permitted by your IT Policy." However, my corporate IT department says the error is due to HNH.

Please help!

Installation error with Blackberry 8820

We had the Italian phrasebook successfully installed on a Blackberry 8700c and then got a new 8820. I tried to install the .alx through desktop manager, but when you click "add" it says there are no programs designed for your device. I thought it said that the new 8820 was supported. Any idea why it won't install or is there another way to install?
