I have a Blackjack runs Windows Mobile 5.0 I downloaded and installed the Korea2Go Talking Phrase Book for Win Mobile Pro, Classic (Windows Mobile)it works fine, but it will not accept the User name and License.

Please help

English to Chinese works fine within the limits of the trial.
Chines to English does not allow me so far to input any pinyn text no way. I see the input field, I see the small box under the input field, I'm eben able to tipe in a few character but no chinese char shows up whatsoever.
I copied pinyn from the software itself to make sure I type something meaningful, but to no avail.
Anyhting wrong in my device, or is the trial limited in this respect?

I'm using a HTC TouchPro 2. I have just downloaded, bought license, and installed a version of Larousse English Dict for WM standard, but when I filled the Name and Licence Key given via email for registration, it told me that "registration failed. Either your name or license key is invalid". What's wrong with that??
Please help me to fix it. Thanks

When I try to Install "China2Go" for my Nokia3610a using Java application in my phone it shows :
" THE APPLICATION CANNOT BE INSTALLED TO THE PHONE, THE SIZE IS TOO BIG "

The available size in my memory card was 1GB .

any help will be much appreciated.

User name and License Key

A couple of months ago I downloaded a trial version of the China2go phrasebook and Dictionary for my Samsung i607 Windows Mobile 5.0 standard. It worked fine. Yesterday I purchased the full version except that I accidentally ordered for the Windows Mobile Pro. The user name and license key don't work. I sent an e-mail to the support department but have gotten no reply. I leave for China in three days and would like this issue resolved or my money refunded. Any help is appreciated.

Running Windows 6.1 on an HTC Touch HD. The Dictionary works well in one way only, from English to Chinese but not from Chinese to English. Cannot type in Pinyin and/or Chinese.
Anybody faced the same problem? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem.Installed OK. But can't launched.open the folder where the dictionary is installed, and verify the following files.The figures not the same. And log is blank.

I recently purchased Spain2Go Talking Phrase Book for my Motorola Q. For awhile it worked fine, but recently the sound suddenly stopped working. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the program and I still have no sound. Can you help? Thanks.

Am trying to install on my Dopod C730 WM6 Standard edition and it fails with this message:
"Cannot copy the file, Make sure the mobile device is connected, that the mobile device has space available and is not protected, and that all setup programs on this device have been completed"

Is there any way to fix this problem?

No "exit" function on English-Chinese V3.1.0?

On my HTC Touch I installed the HNHSoft English-Chinese Dictionary V3.1.0. After looking up a word I can not return to the main list. How do I do that. For me, the only option is to exit the program totally and to start again. Please help....

Nokia N73 Asian Language Pack / Chinese Language Pack

Hello,
I have purchased both the above packs, but cannot install on my phone.
My phone is a Nokia N73
My phone shows the message 'unable to open file'
I have extracted all the necessary files to a minisd and then put this into the phone, but the same message is shown if I try to open any of the files.

Any body had a similar issue?
How can this be resolved?
