Chinese character display on P1i inconsistent

I've downloaded a trial version (3.0) of the product to my P1i. It looks really good but when I paste hanzi from quickoffice into hnhsoft I only get an empty square. I translates OK and shows the Hanzi OK but when I go back to the ordered list of Hanzi everything is blank boxes. I see the characters fine in quickoffice.

Please advise as I would like to buy this product and use it.

Chinese handwriting input on Motorola A1200

Hi,

I bought the English-Chinese dictionary for Java and installed it on my Motorola Ming (A1200). I found that for translating from Chinese to English I can only use the dictionarie's pinyin input. Ming's built-in handwriting recognition (that works very well for me) doesn't come up any more.
What is kind of strange, that it comes up, when translating from English to Chinese, where it is not needed.
Any hint to change that? My main use of the program would be to write an unknown Hanzi and have it translated. That is simply impossible without the handwriting input.
So, I am really disappointed. The program is totally useless for me, but I already payed for the registration.
I am also using the software on my WM5 PDA and here handwriting input works both ways, using the CE Star Chinese enabler.

Please advise. Thanks

Sound for Talking English-Chinese Dictionary

I installed it on Sony Ericsson P1i and it works correctly except the sound level. By default, the sound volume is set to medium and it is too soft for P1i. I have to change it to High but the sound is distorted in this setting. Thus, I strongly suggest you have more settings in sound level to suit different phones.

Thanks!

Enlarge fonts?

I've just taken a look at your Chinese dictionary, which is very impressive. I am trying it on my Nokia E60 phone, which has a screen resolution of 340x420. As a result, the letters and characters are VERY small. Is there a way to enlarge them? I see no Settings option to allow it.

Many thanks.

Wo

Sound on Nokia phones

On some Nokia models you must turn on "Warning sound" in your profile for the phrase book to pronounce the phrases. This is a problem of some Nokia phones. We will try to find a work around of this issue.

Thai for Java

Hi,

I was looking to purchase Thai for a Java phone (Sony Ericisson 990i) but it appears to be the only language not supported in Java. Are there any plans to add Thai to the Java languages in the future ?

Thanks
